SENIOR SCHOLARSHIP
Central Missouri CPCU Society Chapter
The Central Missouri Chapter of the Charter Property Casualty Underwriter Society is pleased to award two scholarships to high school seniors entering a 4-year college for the 2023-24 school year!
Available: Two $1,000 cash scholarships
Eligibility: Spring 2023 graduating mid-Missouri high school seniors who plan to attend an
accredited college or university following graduation.
Candidates will write an essay on the following topic:
Describe how inflation and supply chain interruptions have affected
the auto insurance industry and its consumers.
Essay format:
• Double-spaced using Times New Roman, 12 pt font
• 2-3 pages in length with one-inch margins
• Citation of references required
Please include a cover sheet (in addition to the essay pages) stating your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, the high school you attend, and the accredited college or university you plan to attend. DO NOT show your name on the essay itself. Essays will be judged anonymously.
Essays must be received by 4:00 pm on Thursday, April 13, 2023 and should be emailed to centralmocpcuscholarship@gmail.com

All applicants will be notified in early May. The winners will be invited to attend a Central Missouri Chapter meeting in Columbia, MO to be recognized and will receive their scholarship check at that time or via mail if they are unable to attend the meeting.
